Gîte of 150m² (ground floor & first floor), opening onto the bright living room with TV / relaxation lounges, with direct access to the terraces. The independent kitchen opens onto the dining room. On this level, we find the laundry area and a separate toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms are fitted out: the Ethnic room with 2 90 cm beds, the Marine room with 2 90 cm beds, and the Blue Family room with 1 160 cm bed with a children's area with bed and games & a shower area with sink. On this level, there is a boudoir area with library and a bathroom (double sink, shower, toilet). On the 2nd level, the 4th Coconning room is nicely fitted out with a 160 cm bed.
