Noirétable is a pleasant small town with a market on Saturday. It's is less than 1km away and has many shops, a cinema and a (gambling)-Casino! It's the starting point for many walks and hikes. Possibilities to visit castles, churches (roman art) and crafts work (fabrication of cheese, knifes, water driven (walnut)-oil mills …).
