Recently converted cottage in the wing of an old U-shaped farmhouse with typical Monts du Lyonnais architecture.

Cottage faces south and west, with a beautiful view of the nearby hills of the Monts du Lyonnais and the Monts du Forez on the horizon. A large living room opens onto a large terrace above an orchard. The renovation of the cottage has given pride of place to bio-sourced materials. The thickness of the walls and the cellulose wadding insulation ensure pleasant comfort all year round. A large surface area of thermal solar collectors provides hot water all year round, and part of the heating is provided by a pellet-fired boiler.
