In the heart of the Roannaise countryside, Christelle & Édouard welcome you to their spacious and comfortable gîte. Here, you will take advantage of lovely outdoor spaces to play with your family, relax on a sunbed, or simply enjoy the moment thanks to the landscaped courtyard, the pétanque court, the swing, the swimming pool (4x5 - unheated - open from June to September), the SPA (4 places), ... The accommodation opens onto a large living room combining modernity through its decoration and its equipment and character through its restoration (French ceilings, wooden beams, stone walls...). To make your stay even more pleasant, utilities and heating are included and the beds are made upon your arrival!

Gîte adjoining the owners' house of 220m² on two levels with independent entrance and private exteriors. On the raised ground floor (5 steps), we find the spacious living room which has a kitchen open to the dining room with its pellet stove and a large relaxation lounge. Bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC. Upstairs, the night rooms are converted into 4 bedrooms including a mezzanine (160 bed / 140 & 90 bed / 140 bed / 3 90 beds). Bathroom with corner bath and separate WC.
