On the heights of Saint-Sauveur-en-Rue, a family farm of pigs and Aubrac cows certified organic. Meeting with the animals on request. Explanation of the production process, tasting of products and sale at the farm.
Farm located on the edge of a large pine forest called Taillard. Charcuterie made on the farm for over 30 years.

The pigs are born and raised on our farm, fed without GMOs with a feed made on the farm from cereals.
The Aubrac beef is produced in organic farming.
