The brewery is located in a wood-frame building and is part of an ecological approach. The beers are brewed by hand with spring water from the Monts du Pilat, malts, hops and spices from organic farming.

The Brasserie du Pilat continues its ecological, economic and social approach in the context of a dynamic village: Saint-Julien-Molin-Molette. This village is located in the Pilat Regional Nature Park, on the borders of the Loire, Ardèche and Rhône rivers.

The village is now home to a number of artists and craftsmen.

The Brasserie du Pilat is part of this dynamic. The visit of the workshop is proposed to the public: individuals and groups.
During the visit, we present the way we make our beers and the history of the brewery. This presentation is complemented by a video.
The production line is visible behind a glass window. For reasons of hygiene and safety, the public does not enter the production area.

The Brasserie du Pilat also wants to be part of the village's activities and life.
