115m² gîte on first floor + first floor. On the 1st level, you'll find a spacious, bright living room with a cozy, cocooning atmosphere. You'll enjoy relaxing around the wood-burning stove, unwinding in the living room, playing games around the pool table... On this level, you'll find the entrance hall, the storeroom and a shower room (shower, toilet and washbasin). Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms: 1 bed 140 / 1 bed 160 and a 3rd bedroom with 4 bunk beds 90 (the high bed is not suitable for children under 7). On this level, you'll find a lovely mezzanine opening onto the living area with a sitting area with TV and convertible Bz to accommodate two extra beds, and a shower room with shower & WC.
