Independent gîte of 62m² on the ground floor and first floor. On the 1st level, we find the living room with kitchen open to the dining area & living room, and separate WC. This living room opens onto the 15m² terrace which is equipped with garden furniture with barbecue. Upstairs, two bedrooms are equipped with 4 90 cm beds (on request the beds can be modular to 180 cm). The bathroom has an Italian shower, a sink and a WC. The exteriors are being finished. To make your stay pleasant, utilities and heating are included, beds are made upon your arrival.
