Our Chef concocts delicious gluten-free dishes and pastries and will adapt to special diets: sports, vegetarian, vegan or others (on request at the time of booking)...!
We highlight the products of the Pilat region by working with local producers that we have selected according to their methods of cultivation and/or breeding that respect the environment and animals.
We offer fresh, seasonal and local products all year round (short supply circuit of about 40km around our establishment), mostly organic and gluten-free.
Our goal is to have at least one ingredient in each menu from our permaculture garden.
For guests staying in rooms, meals are available every day (on request at the time of booking).
Half or full board is available for guests staying in rooms even when the restaurant is closed. Picnics (on request at least 48 hours in advance).
Outside the restaurant's opening days and for group meals (>10 people), family meals, business lunches or cocktails, it is possible to privatise the restaurant room or the terrace - please contact us.

- Jardin des 4M is located in a preserved and privileged environment, in the middle of nature, in the south of the Pilat Regional Natural Park and at the gateway to the nearby Ardèche and Haute Loire, near the small village of Saint Régis du Coin (typical of Pilat and recently classified as a "Sport and Nature Village" with a Trail Centre for Nordic walking, running or cani-cross) and at the start of magnificent hiking or cycling trails, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, with a breathtaking view of the Alps and Mont Blanc, but also of the Massif Central, with a view of Mont Mezenc.
