Les deux sabots

The Les Deux Sabots gîte offers a comfortable and spacious setting of 100 m² on 3 levels. On the ground floor, you have a garage, an entrance hall and a sanitary block with two showers and a toilet. The first floor houses a spacious living room with a kitchen open to the dining room and a lounge area, as well as two bedrooms with 140 cm beds and a separate toilet. The top level offers a bright mezzanine, equipped with Velux windows offering a view of the roof of the Sauvain church. This space, converted into a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and two extra beds, also includes a relaxation area with a television, DVD player and a suspended net for observing the stars or the historic roof of the church. Car parking is available on site, in the communal car park on the church square, a few steps from the gîte. To make your stay even more pleasant, utilities and heating are included. Located in the heart of the village of Sauvain, a listed village of character, the cottage has been converted from a former stable, harmoniously combining stone, wood, and modernity. It enjoys an ideal location, just steps from the municipal park with picnic tables, a pétanque court, and children's playground. Although the cottage doesn't have a private outdoor area, it allows you to take full advantage of the shared green spaces.
