Gîte of 130m² on the ground floor + first floor, adjoining the owner's house, located in an old farm. On the ground floor, you enter the spacious living room with an integrated kitchen open to the lounge area, the dining room and the bright veranda. Separate WC. Upstairs, we find the 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed / 1 160 cm bed / 1 140 cm bed), a room converted into a relaxation/games lounge with a Bz that can be converted for extra sleeping, and a bathroom complete (shower-basin-WC).
