Producer and sales outlet for farmhouse charcuterie.

La Ferme des Hirondelles (GAEC des hirondelles) is located in the Parc du Pilat, 5 Kms from Roisey, one of the 10 least polluted villages in the world according to the WHO. The GAEC is composed of 4 partners and 4 full-time employees. We raise, process and sell our farmhouse charcuterie, eggs and beef directly.
