Since 2005, Romain and Jean-Baptiste Chambon, two brothers and business partners united by the same passion — fulfilling all your “Gourman'dises” cravings — welcome you to their shop in Chazelles-sur-Lyon.
Chambon Frères Patisserie is delighted to receive you in their boutique.

Recently redecorated in a modern style that still evokes the “Chapellerie” spirit, a reminder of the historical heritage of Chazelles-sur-Lyon.
In 2011, a new project took shape: showcasing their creations in their second shop, Au Ballotin, in Andrézieux-Bouthéon.
Drawing on their training and diverse professional experiences — one a cook who held a position of responsibility in a Michelin-starred establishment, the other a pastry chef trained at the ENSP (École Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie) in Yssingeaux —
the complementarity of their skills has blossomed into fine, indulgent pâtisserie.
