Description
Two days of hiking to discover the Haut-Pilat. Exceptional panoramas, dams and forests accompany the hike.
Day 1: A 22 km hike from the Croix de Chaubouret (1201m altitude) to the village of Saint-Genest-Malifaux. A day punctuated by the Pas du Riot dam, the Gouffre d'Enfer, the woods and typical villages.
There are several accommodation options in Saint-Genest-Malifaux (and in a hamlet).
Day 2: Departure after breakfast for a 20 km hike to the Croix de Chaubouret, passing by the Mont Chaussître and the Forêt des Grand Bois.
