Description
The route leaves the village of Nervieux, passing near the Étang de la Source before following a surfaced road for a few hundred metres towards the Château de la Salle. After running alongside the motorways through meadows before reaching the River Loire at Les Garets. Stop along the way in Grénieux to admire the chapel. The return to the starting point crosses fertile farmland known locally as “chambons”, formed by alluvial dep, it turnosits left by the turbulent Loire. At the end of the route, don’t miss the Albon de Sugny cross.
