The studio is located in the countryside hamlet \ "Les Peux \" made up of 3 houses in a calm and relaxing environment. This family stone house built around 1890 is an old farmhouse converted into a living space and a gîte. The accommodation adjoining the owner's house has an independent entrance, a pretty wooden terrace and a private garden of 150m² without vis-à-vis. For more comfort, sheets are included in the service, the bed is made on arrival and towels will also be at your disposal. Departing from the studio, you will find hiking trails to lead you directly into the woods, from the Viaduct des Peux to Puy du Montoncel (1287m) ... The 32m² studio is on one level. The main room has an equipped and integrated kitchen, a dining / relaxation area and a sleeping area with a 140 bed. At the same level, you will find complete and private bathrooms with shower, basin and WC. On request, at no extra charge, the owner will install the flat screen TV in the studio.
