This soothing house of character is ideally located to shine in the heart of the Rhône-Alpes region: at the crossroads of the departments of Ardèche, Rhône and Isère. For nature and hiking lovers, at the foot of the gîte there are several marked walking trails to help you discover the richness of this territory. Jocelyne & Lionel open the doors of their spacious and functional accommodation to you. Sit on the terrace in the shaded and flowery courtyard to enjoy some fresh air: admiring the landscape, listening to the river and the birds. Gite of 130m² on the first floor composed of a simple and equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a beautiful and bright veranda with dining room. The two bedrooms are equipped with two 140 cm beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, and the WC is independent. To make your stay pleasant, utilities and heating are included, beds are made upon your arrival.
