Pascale opens the doors of her family house from the 60s, completely renovated and decorated to offer you a stay cozy and cozy. It is located next to the owners' house in the hamlet Brodillon along the country road - D1 and the Mabeau river. 86m² gîte on the ground floor and upper floor with a private grassy garden equipped with garden furniture. The accommodation opens onto the living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area and the relaxation/TV lounge. Upstairs, we find the two bedrooms (1 160 cm bed / 1 160 cm bed) and the bathroom. To make your stay pleasant, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon your arrival.
