Located near exit 32 of the A89 motorway connecting Clermont-Ferrand to Lyon and Saint-Etienne and next to the D1, the cottage has a central geographical location and easy access. Less than a kilometer away, you will find all the amenities and services of St-Germain-Laval as well as its various monuments of character and its picturesque alleys. The cottage \ "le moulin \" dating from 1860 is set in a large stone house built above the Aix river. Accommodation is in the owners' house. It has beautiful common outdoor spaces of nearly 1 ha. : large land, closed and secure, with access to the river and to a beautiful wooded area: children's games, swing, trampoline, slide, tennis wall, basketball, pétanque ... From the gîte, walks, circuits of small and medium hikes. Chalmazel station and Col de la Loge 35 minutes away. Villerest lake beach 30 minutes away. Gite of 340 m² on raised ground floor and upper floor that can accommodate 15 people maximum (children included in the capacity) in 11 bedrooms (with toilet area: 5 bedrooms with 90 beds, 2 bedrooms with 110 beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in 90, 2 bedrooms with 140 beds), 2 large rooms of 40 m², kitchen, 5 toilets, 3 showers, activity room (Ping-Pong, table football ...) and washing machine available, common freezer with the owner.
