Between Rhône and Saône-Et-Loire, nestled in the heart of the green valleys of Roannais, this authentic stone house has been completely restored to offer you a stay full of charm and comfort. In the peaceful hamlet of Fontimpe / la Madonne, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Roannaise plain and the Monts du Forez, you will be seduced by this 100% relaxing setting. The gîte has more than 2500m² of outdoor space, with a large courtyard for parking, shaded and grassy areas, a meadow with the gîte's chickens and sheep... \"Le pas sans pois\" is spacious accommodation and very good comfort, it has complete equipment for a super comfortable stay! Independent gîte of 180m² on two levels. The ground floor opens onto the living rooms: a fitted and equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with a beautiful, large wooden table and a relaxation lounge where you can all sit together. On this level, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, a pantry and a laundry room. In this gîte, we don't forget the children, the owners have set up a real cabin on the mezzanine with many games. Upstairs, we find the 4 bedrooms: Label Rose (1 140*200 bed and 1 90*200 bed) - Madeleine (1 160*200 bed and 1 90*200 bed) - Fougère (1 140*190 bed) and Compostelle with complete and private bathrooms (2 beds 140*200 - shower/sink/WC). At this level, a 3rd bathroom is fitted (shower, sink and WC). To make your stay ultra comfortable, utilities and heating are included, beds are made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is included!
